Packaging & Shipping

• Outer packaging: We use sturdy corrugated boxes or wooden boxes as outer packaging to ensure the stability and safety of the product during transportation.
• Filling: In order to prevent the product from moving and colliding during transportation, we use cushioning materials such as foam, pearl cotton, bubble film, etc. for filling.
• Protective film: For metal parts, we will use additional protective film to cover them to prevent scratches and corrosion.

• Cleaning: Before packaging, we will thoroughly clean the product to ensure that the product is dust-free and dirt-free.
• Inspection: Check whether the product is intact and ensure that the product meets the shipping standards.
• Packing: According to the shape and size of the product, use packaging materials reasonably to ensure that the product is fixed in the box.
• Marking: Clearly mark “fragile”, “upward”, “heavy objects” and other signs on the outer packaging to remind the handling personnel to pay attention.
• Sealing: Use strong tape to seal the box to ensure that the box will not be accidentally opened during transportation.

For special products, such as precision instruments or large equipment, we will have special packaging solutions, including but not limited to:

• Custom wooden boxes: Custom wooden boxes for large or heavy equipment to provide additional support and protection.
• Shockproof fixing: Use professional shockproof fixing straps or brackets to ensure the stability of the equipment during transportation.
• Temperature and humidity control: For products that are sensitive to temperature and humidity, we will use temperature and humidity controlled packaging materials to keep the product in the best condition of the product.

Before the product is shipped, we will conduct a strict packaging inspection to ensure that :

• Complete packing: Check whether the packing case is intact and sealed securely.
• Clear marking: Verify that all necessary shipping markings are correctly marked.
• Product safety: Ensure that the product is securely secured in the packing box.
