Cooperation Process

The two sides negotiated the specific terms of cooperation, including product price, delivery time, payment method, packaging requirements, mode of transportation and so on.

When both parties have reached an agreement on all cooperation terms, a formal cooperation contract will be signed. The contract shall specify the rights and obligations of both parties, including the detailed description of the product, price, quantity, delivery time, payment method, quality standard, liability for breach of contract, etc.

Make payment in accordance with the terms of payment agreed in the contract. Support T/T payment or L/C payment.

After receiving the payment, our company will issue a formal order to the factory according to the contract. The order will specify the specification, quantity, delivery time and location of the product. After receiving the order, the factory will arrange the production or purchasing plan to ensure the delivery on time.

We will arrange quality inspection during the production process or before the product is delivered. The factory is responsible for making corrections in accordance with the agreed quality standards until the product is qualified.

After the quality inspection, we will pack and arrange transportation according to the contract requirements. At the same time, transport insurance should be applied to reduce the risks of the goods during transportation.

Delivery & miscellaneous expenses shall be paid after the goods left the port of departure, including sea freight, payment difference and others.

If there are quality problems or other after-sales problems, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide technical support or arrange the supply of repair parts, etc.
